The TFA series represents an advanced PTFE-ceramic composite dielectric substrate manufactured through a proprietary process (not traditional glass fiber impregnation). This aerospace-grade material features:

Uniform nano-ceramic/resin matrix eliminating fiberglass effects
Excellent frequency stability with minimal dielectric loss
Low anisotropic expansion (X/Y/Z CTE matched to copper)
Four dielectric constant options: 2.94 (TFA294), 3.0 (TFA300), 6.15 (TFA615), 10.2 (TFA1020)
Superior thermal/mechanical properties for high-reliability applications
